Looking for a FREE + easy to use tool to help you with your SEO Keyword Research?
This is what I’m going to go over just for you right now.
The whole idea of keyword research can get a little daunting. Like, how do you find keywords? And,which tools are easier to use? And what if you don’t want to pay for an SEO keyword research tool? Then what? So,I know that the whole keyword research idea can get a little overwhelming so… in this article I’m going to give you the inside scoop on 3 free and easy to use tools that you can use to help you out with your SEO keyword research.
The first tool I want to go over is called UberSuggest. With this tool, once you enter in a keyword,it’s going to give you a keyword overview. It’s going to tell you the search volume which is how many people are searching for it. Then it’s going to give you your SEO difficulty which tells you how hard it would be for you to rank for this specific search term. Then it tells you the paid difficulty and the cost per click which is useful if you are doing keyword research for running paid ads.
If you scroll down a little bit in Ubersuggest, you will find a graph which displays the search volume per month. Scroll down a little bit more and you will find search word suggestions. For each search term,it will list the search volume and it’s corresponding keyword difficulty. If you scroll down even further,it will show you the content or web pages that are currently ranking for the search term. For each web page listed it will give you the estimated visits, social shares and domain score. This will give you an idea of what kind of content is good to work on that Google seems to like for this search term.
The second free tool I will go over quickly is Google. Google gives some pretty incredible insight when it comes to keywords and keyword phrase creation. If you start to type in a search term,Google starts to guess and present you with suggestions. This is Google showing you the most commonly searched phrases based on the initial keyword you enter into the search bar. So,if you go ahead and pick a suggested phrase from Google and scroll down to the bottom of the search results page, you will find that Google gives you additional search phrases at the bottom of the page. These phrases are particularly popular for the phrase that you have already typed in. If you don’t want to be too overwhelmed by keyword research, using the Google search suggestions can be a very good start.
The 3rd tool I want to go over is called KWFinder. This tool lets you find high search volume long tail keywords with low competition. I know that might sound like a lot to take in but we want long tail keywords that have a decent amount of search volume that will be relatively easy to rank for. When you type in a keyword, this tool will give you a ton of information. It will give you the keyword difficulty and an extensive list of additional related keyword phrases. This tool will also give you information on pay per click advertising costs and search volume. So,if you are running ads in addition to doing organic SEO,this is some great information to look at.
The one thing about KWFinder is that you only get 5 free searches per hour. They know how powerful their tool is so they kind of restrict their free use of it. You can certainly pay for one of their plans but if you want to combine the free searches from this tool with one of the other free keyword research tools,it can be extremely beneficial.
So,that’s all I have for this SEO keyword research tools tip. If you want additional help or SEO keyword research guidance from[dcl=7226] to kick start your SEO efforts, reach out to us as soon as you can.
